CURBSIDE DROP-OFF/PICK-UP

UPDATED DAYCARE AND RETAIL PROTOCOLS

September 14, 2020 UPDATE

Keeping in compliance with Executive Order 01-20, Happy Tails Pet Resort and Spa has developed and put into place the following procedures & practices:

DAYCARE (Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday are temporarily suspended)

You must keep a leash on your dog.
Walk to the entrance - DO NOT GO INTO THE BUILDING (the door may be locked).
Push the new doorbell that has been installed on the door to alert Happy Tails caregivers that you are outside.
We will open the door to receive/return your pet.
Please maintain a distance of at least 10 feet from other dogs and humans arriving/leaving.

BOARDING

We continue to offer overnight boarding 7 nights a week.

LIMITING EXPOSURE

Please keep a physical distance of at least 10 feet between yourself and others.
At this time, please do not send jackets, coats or sweaters for your dog. If you would like to keep a coat here for the time being, we will gladly wash it and put it on as needed/instructed.
Any lunch or snack that is sent must be in a clean-unused-disposable plastic or paper bag. These bags will not be returned to you. DO NOT SEND PLASTIC FOOD CONTAINERS OR OTHER LUNCH BAG TYPES AT THIS TIME.

RETAIL

Email customerservice@happytailsvermont.com for any retail orders (dog food)
We will take payment over the phone
Walk to the entrance BUT DO NOT GO INTO THE BUILDING-Push the new doorbell that has been installed on the door to alert Happy Tails caregivers that you are outside.
A Happy Tails team member will bring retail items outside to you.

PRECAUTIONS FOR SICK HUMANS
We ask that any pet parents that are ill to stay at home with your pet.
